Are you looking to get into care giving or are already an experienced caregiver looking for an opportunity in the Southern California area? Kristie Jo’s Love, Comfort and Care is always looking for loving, compassionate, and dedicated and caregivers to add to its team!
Our hired caregivers receive paid online training courses, competitive wages and benefits to qualified candidates. All caregivers must qualify prior to their online training course by submitting all required documentation listed below and mailing to our office. We do not accept scanned or incomplete packages. Please read the requirements below.
Download each document listed below, print and fill out completely. Once you have completed your documents and state requirements, please fill out the form below and attach your completed documents. Incomplete or inaccurate details may be rejected.

- Record of TB shot (download here)
- Record of Hepatitis shot (download here)
- Completed physical exam and signed by doctor
- Registry as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the state of California (click here)
If you have issues registering with the state, please call them for instructions, not our office please - Live scan completed – provided by HCA after registration (our HCO# 194700633)
- Certification of Basic Life Support and First Aid/CPR (click here)
It is recommended you take a course at your local American Red Cross - Hiring Documents: please download, read and sign:
